We guarantee you will be completely satisfied with your Green Banana Paper purchases. If there is a problem with your order, please send a message to info@greenbananapaper.com or use our contact form.
Notify us within 60 days from date of purchase to return or exchange your item. The returned item should still be in its original condition when we receive it. Depending upon the nature of the exchange (more/less expensive replacement), the corresponding charge/refund will apply.
Refunds are processed the date of receipt. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your credit card account.
The full purchase price of the products will be refunded, shipping costs cannot be refunded after we have purchased postage and sent the items. Freight for return products is the customer's responsibility.
Due to the handmade nature of our production, we do not guarantee that our products will exactly match the online images- see FAQ section for more details.
Products that cannot be returned include special-order paper, large volume purchases, wholesale orders and custom orders with personalized additions (except in the instance where the printed messaging differs from your approved layout proof).
