Shipping FAQ

1. Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?
Yes, on orders over $25 we offer FREE shipping to the U.S.A. via USPS First Class mail.  All other locations will have shipping costs calculated at checkout. 
2. What does shipping cost?

On orders over $25, shipping is FREE within the domestic U.S.A  All other locations will have postage calculated at checkout.

You can calculate your postage within the SHOPPING CART. If the postage calculator doesn't have your location, please contact us.
3. Where do you ship to? Can you ship internationally?

We are able to ship worldwide.

We ship all online orders from our fulfillment centers in the USA.  We keep inventory in California, Illinois, and Pennsylvania.  This allows us to fulfill orders within a few days to any location in the domestic USA.

All custom orders and business card orders are shipped directly from our Kosrae factory via USPS worldwide.  

4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic orders currently take between 3-6 business days to arrive to your address from the moment you place your order on our website.

Custom orders such as business cards will take 7 - 14 business days via USPS priority mail.

International orders typically take between 10 - 20 business days to arrive.

Delivery time varies depending on your order items & location. 

5. Do I have to add shipping to the price?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process, which will allow you to select your preferred shipping method.

6. Will I receive a tracking number once my order ships?

Usually, yes. You will be sent an automatic email with a tracking number once your order ships. In some cases we are unable to guarantee tracking information based on your order items & shipping destination. The tracking number will enable you to track the shipment from our fulfillment center to its destination.

You can go to your Account for up to date order information.

7. The item I ordered is backordered, how I do know when they will shipped?

We do not sell out-of-stock items, but in the unlikely event we do have an inventory problem we will do our best to fix the issue as quickly as possible for you.

8. Can I get my order FASTER?

We'll try our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, but we can only do what's in our control.  Our fulfillment service provider scans our shop for new orders every 4 hours and typically ships within 24 hours.  

For custom items such as business cards, we hope you understand that our islands are located far away from any major land mass in the remote Western Pacific.  We can't guarantee it will be super fast, but we can guarantee it will be worth the wait!  Usually custom orders are produced within one week, and shipped to the customer within one week.
